It consists of subtle, smooth and conscious movement of joints and the whole body along with breathing practices (pranayama) & yoga nidra (wakeful yogic sleep). We provide 3 days for each foundation.

Breathing Practices (Pranayama)+ Neti (Nasal Irrigation with herbal liquid) Prana is a subtle energy which is constantly flowing, enriching and maintaining life. Increasing the power of Prana is known as Pranayama. It releases and opens energy or memory blocks, harmonizing the flow of pranic energy, improving overall health. We provide various techniques and practices that will impart the knowledge nd ability to continue self -management procedures for the future.
